Description
- Preventive stockings exert a light pressure of 8 to 20 mm Hg on the ankle, gradually decreasing towards the leg and thigh.
- The gradual compression exerted by Albert – André medical stockings ensures an optimal pressure to promote blood flow in the venous system and is specially recommended to stimulate circulation, avoiding venous dilation, fatigue, swelling and tingling sensation.
- Gradual compression: maximum on the ankle, decreases progressively towards the leg and thigh, restores the lack of compression in the venous system (venous pump), restoring the normal values of the blood circulation speed in the veins of the lower limb.
CHARACTERISTICS:
- Compression 14-18 mm Hg.
- Stocking thickness 140 mm
- Sizes I – V for socks The right size is set according to the ratio between height and weight.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
For dressing up Albert – André socks, proceed as with normal socks but without rolling them.
First turn the sock upside down, then position the heel and pull the sock with your hands, extending it to the ankle, calf, and depending on the length, to the thigh and groin.
If the sock will be distributed correctly without wrinkles and creases, compression will be optimal.
To help you grab your socks more easily by hand while dressing (for compression stockings classes 2 and 3), we recommend that you wear the latex gloves that you will find in the package.
In the case of cut-off, first apply the silk sleeve supplied with the product, which facilitates the sliding of the compression stocking.
After wearing the sock, remove the silk sleeve from the leg.
It is advisable to put on the compression stockings in the morning, when the feet are less swollen.
Apply silicone lotion or talcum powder to the skin to make it easier for the socks to slide along the lower limb.
Contact your specialist if you feel numb toes or if the skin begins to change color while wearing compression stockings.
