Description
Ready-made unitary colostomy bag in a range of variable stoma sizes, or with an initial hole from which you can cut a custom stoma hole. It is provided with a flange with hydrocolloidal adhesive, non-woven textile layer and odor control filter.
MATERIALS
This range of products is made using the latest materials provided by the best suppliers. Each component and material has been carefully selected to meet the essential needs: the functional and aesthetic of the range and ensure ease of processing in production.
- Plastic bag
The plastic bag consists of 5 layers of opaque or transparent plastic, easy to process containing components that do not allow oxygen leackage, have a glossy appearance and are covered with a surface with low friction index.
- Carbon filter
High molecular weight carbon filter to ensure maximum efficient filtration of gases inside the bag, thus preventing the bag from swelling.
- Hydrocolloid flange
The flange of the bag contains a skin-friendly hydrocolloid adhesive that ensures a good adhesion in wet or dry conditions. This formula is designed to ensure the moisture transmission when in contact with the skin and allows residue-free removal.
4.Nonwoven
The non-woven layers are made of polymer that minimizes perspiration caused by the adhesion on the skin. This material can absorb perspiration and can be easily dried after showering.
5.Packing
The bags are packed in cardboard boxes that contain instructions for use and a measurement card.
MANUFACTURING
The products are manufactured using RF sealing technology, or thermic bonding processes. The production system includes a number of processes for assembling and sealing the products. The nonwoven layers and the carbon filter are attached before gluing the product profiles; removing excess material. This is followed by printing and packaging in cardboard boxes.
