Description

Children’s wrist orthosis made with honeycomb textile material on the interior and velor on the exterior (breathable and washable materials), provided with a flexible aluminum palm splint that immobilizes the wrist joint in a functional position, and a second splint located on the opposite side, that provides support and rigidity for immobilizing the joint.

Measurements: the circumference of the wrist.

SIZES:

  • 1 for ages 2-6 years; circumference 10-12cm
  • 2 for ages 6-12 years; circumference 12-15cm

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

In order to improve the degree of therapeutic efficacy for various pathologies, and to increase the lifespan of the product, it is essential to choose the right size (attached you will find a diagram with all sizes and the equivalent in centimeters).

Too much compression can cause product intolerance – so we recommend that the degree of compression should be adjusted to the optimum value.

For fitting, follow the instructions below:

  1. After choosing the appropriate size, the patient’s hand is inserted into the splint.
  2. If necessary, the position of the palmar and dorsal splint can be changed to adjust it to the patient’s physical characteristics.
