- Night wear orthosis for bunions made of thermoformable plastic material.
- It is provided with a polyethylene foam pad on the interior area, that covers the mesial area of the thumb, and along with the velcro strap, exerts pressure on the bunion, maintaining the alignment of the first metatarsal during the night, thus reducing pain and preventing possible deviation.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
In order to improve the therapeutic efficacy degree for various pathologies and to increase the product lifespan, it is essential choosing the right size (attached you will find a diagram with all sizes and the equivalent in centimeters).
Too much compression can lead to product intolerance; therefore we recommend that the degree of compression should be adjusted to the optimum value.
Instructions:
- Open velcro strap.
- Insert the big toe between the plastic semicircle and the wide strap, placing it just below the big toe joint (bunion).
- Attach the traction belt under the foot, passing it through the slot of the flexible splint, adjusting it by pulling until the correction and alignment tolerated by the patient are obtained.
- Adjust the wide strap through the back of the bunion until you get the necessary fixation of the back area of the flexible serrated splint, allowing the lacement of the bunion strap in the desired area and to preventing its movement.
