MATERIALS This range of products is made using the latest materials provided by the best suppliers. Each component or material has been carefully selected to meet the essential needs: functional and aesthetic of the range and ensure ease of processing in production.

  1. Plastic bag

The plastic bag consists of 5 layers of opaque or transparent plastic, easy to process containing components that do not allow oxygen leackage, have a glossy appearance and are covered with a surface with low friction index.

  1. Carbon filter

High molecular weight carbon filter to ensure maximum efficient filtration of gases inside the bag, thus preventing the bag from swelling.

  1. Hydrocolloid flange

The flange of the bag contains a skin-friendly hydrocolloid adhesive that ensures a good adhesion in wet or dry conditions. This formula is designed to ensure the moisture transmission when worn and it allows a residue-free removal.

       4. Nonwoven

The non-woven layers are made of polymer that minimizes perspiration caused by the adhesion. This material can absorb perspiration and can be easily dried after showering.

 5. Closing systems (clamps or wire closure)

The bags are supplied with a molded plastic clip or a wire closure. The bag has a unique design that allows closing / opening the lower part by running the two layers that form the drainage slot.

   6. Packing

The bags are packed in cardboard boxes that contain instructions for use and a measurement card.

MANUFACTURING

Products for ileostomies are manufactured using RF sealing technology or thermal bonding procedures. The production system includes a number of processes for assembling and sealing the products. The nonwoven layers and the carbon filter are attached before sealing the product profiles; removing excess material. This is followed by printing and packaging in cardboard boxes.
