Description
Orthosis made of breathable material, with honeycomb structure on the outside and lined with cotton on the inside.
It is provided with side splints and a posterior splint, that immobilizes the leg in extension position.
The lateral splints can be adjusted in two positions, according to the anatomical characteristics of each patient (the splints must be parallel to the knee joint).
The closure is easily made by a system of Velcro straps.
Measurements: knee circumference.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
In order to improve the degree of therapeutic efficacy in the case of various pathologies and to increase the lifespan of the product, it is essential to choose the right size for the patient (attached you will find a diagram with all sizes and the equivalent in centimeters).
Too much compression can cause product intolerance – so we recommend that the degree of compression to be adjusted to the optimum value.
To adapt to the patient’s body, keep the following in mind:
- The size is chosen, depending on the age and height of the patient.
- If necessary, adjust the side splints (changing the slit) to suit the patient’s anatomical features. The purpose of this operation is to place the splints in a position parallel to the knee joint, so that the orthosis can be adjusted to different perimeters of the lower limb.
- The orthosis is closed with a simple velcro system located at the front.
